This is a soft start module for electric tools.
It is rated for 12A.
It reduces the inrush current (LRA) during start-up, which prevents circuit breaker tripping and generator overload.
This process protects the motor and associated wiring from power surges and mechanical stress, extending the system’s lifespan.
The module can be used with various AC electrical motors and devices with a smoothing capacitor on the voltage input.
